17th Annual Ornamental Affair Celebrating CASA is a unique fundraiser featuring local artists who donate their time and talents by creating one-of-a-kind decorated Christmas ornaments to be sold by silent auction. This is an annual event to raise money to benefit Tri-Lakes CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Abused and Neglected Children).
